At Atrium Fitness, we offer an incredible variety of classes designed to suit everyone, no matter your fitness level or experience. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting your fitness journey, we have something for you!

Our schedule is always evolving, with new classes added regularly to keep your workouts fresh and exciting. The easiest way to stay updated on our offerings is to check the live schedule in our portal.

Atrium Fitness Studio Timetable

You can book 6 days in advance from 6.30am. For example, all classes for Monday will be available to book from 6.30am on Tuesday.​

You can cancel online 2 hours before the class starts. Within 2 hours, please call the club on 01353 668888.​We also do a range of class packages for non-members which are available to purchase through the
portal when booking a class.

Boxercise

Circuits

Core & More
Strengthen your core and improve stability with this low-impact class. Combining core-focused exercises with gentle movements for flexibility and balance, Core & More is perfect for all fitness levels, offering a full-body workout that's easy on the joints.

Fitball & Abs Blast
Target your core and improve balance with Fitball & Ab Blast! This dynamic class combines stability ball exercises with intense ab workouts, helping to build core strength, improve posture, and tone muscles. Perfect for all fitness levels.

HIIT
Maximise your workout in just 30 minutes with high-intensity interval training! This fast-paced class alternates between intense cardio bursts and short recovery periods, designed to burn fat, build strength, and boost endurance. Perfect for those looking for an efficient, full-body workout.

Kettlebell Blitz
Power up with Kettlebell Blitz! This high-energy class uses kettlebell exercises to build strength, improve endurance, and tone muscles. A full-body workout designed to challenge all fitness levels, it’s the perfect way to boost power and burn calories.

Legs Bums & Tums Gentle
A gentle yet effective workout targeting the lower body, Legs, Bums & Tums Gold is perfect for those looking for a low-impact class. Mix It Up

Expect the unexpected with Mix It Up! In this class, the instructor selects the workout for the day, offering a surprise mix of Pump, Strength & Tone, HIIT, or any other exciting format. A fun and varied way to challenge your fitness, keeping your body guessing and engaged. Perfect for all fitness levels!


Pump

Build strength and tone your muscles with Pump! This full-body workout uses weights and high-repetition movements to target all major muscle groups. Designed for all fitness levels, it’s the perfect class to improve strength, endurance, and muscle definition.
